The UK Institute for Migration Research are inviting staff to join their launch ceremony on 8th May.
The UK-IMR is a new research institute developed through a unique partnership between Canterbury Christ Church University and Migrant Help – a frontline charity providing service to migrant and refugee communities across the UK.
Join the Vice-Chancellor, Migrant Help CEO Robert McCrea and UK-IMR Director Joe Costanzo for an introduction to the Institute, research team and projects as well as the current work of fellow staff and students working on migration issues across the University.
In the meantime, if you are interested in learning more about migration and the work of the institution, including how you can get involved, check the UK-IMR website.
Light refreshments and snacks will be served after the event. For catering purposes please email Nicole Robinson to confirm your attendance.
