CCCU is the lead sponsor for this year’s Wellbeing Symposium.  This is ‘the UK’s pioneering wellbeing event’ which encourages us to live a healthier and more contented life – at home, at work and in the community.

Now in its fourth year, the Wellbeing Symposium brings together specialists and speakers working in the health and wellbeing industry to debate the latest topics and trends.  This year’s speakers include Paralympic athlete, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, the Shadow Health Spokesperson and Shadow Deputy Leader of the House of Lords, Lord Hunt and Professor Stephen Clift, Director of the  SIdney De Haan Centre for Arts and Health.

From talks from industry experts to panel discussions and workshops, there is lots to see and do on the day. Delegates will even have the option to try yoga or to pay a visit to one of the self-check health kiosks.

The morning event is ticket only (you can book via the website).  However, the afternoon workshops and EXPO are FREE so all staff and students are welcome to attend.
