Bidding Success

The England Centre for Practice Development has recently received £49,975 funding from the Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network to evaluate the impact of the Patient Safety Collaborative on safety culture, improvement capability and leadership across four acute NHS Trusts in Kent Surrey & Sussex. Together they will gain a qualitative understanding of the Trusts’ experience of the data collection model and its impact on patient safety culture. Findings from the research will help to build on and improve the Patient Safety Collaborative’s future work and gain a richer understanding of how the model impacts on patient safety culture, quality improvement capability and leadership.

Congratulations to Carrie Jackson & Kim Manley from The England Centre for Practice Development and to everyone who contributed to the success of the bid.
