I have many years’ experience in the regeneration and economic development sectors, in the project management of EU-funded projects and in providing technical assistance for the bidding process and running of projects, including within the HE sector. My last major role, prior to coming to Canterbury Christ Church University, was in providing project management for a lead partner, the Institute for Sustainability, in major transnational, multi-partner, Interreg-funded projects. I am responsible for providing professional and specialist advice to academic and professional service colleagues on all aspects of post-award R&KE activity, including:
- advising on contracts and project deliverables
- management of budgets
- all aspects of project management.
If you’ve recently been awarded funding for an RKE project, I’ll arrange a project set-up meeting with you and other colleagues to discuss what you need to do next and help answer any queries you may have.
I also coordinate the development of the university’s Research and Knowledge Exchange Annual Report.
