HEIF 2011-15 Central Fund: Call For Applications (2014-15)

We are pleased to announce the 2014-15 call to bid for central HEIF funding.  The total value available for this call is £40,000.

Proposals are invited for projects that can meet the following criteria.  The project must:

• Fit with the University’s Strategic plan and the HEIF 2011-15 Institutional Plan
• Demonstrate credible potential for external impact and income generation
• Be approved by Dean and Head of School / Centre

RED Summer Internship Scheme

Join us to celebrate the achievements of the RED Summer Internship Scheme and to hear about the 2015 Internship Scheme

The Summer Internship Scheme allows academics to apply for funding to pay for a student to work for 10 weeks over the summer on a Research or Knowledge Exchange project.

Last summer, 28 research internships were awarded to academic colleagues from across the university, providing opportunities for 33 students to participate in paid research internships.
